Privacy Notice

Last updated: July 2026

This notice explains how Blue Harbor Studio, operated by Simone Lampertico & Ivan Brancato ("we"), processes personal data. We are the data controller for the information described below.

Data we collect

Email address (to deliver your ebooks and, if you opt-in, our newsletter), order metadata (product, date, amount, country), and basic technical data (IP address, browser, device) used for security and fraud prevention.

Why we process it

To fulfil your order (contract performance), to provide customer support (legitimate interest), to comply with tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation), and — only if you subscribe — to send our newsletter (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).

Who we share it with

Our reseller Paddle.com (Merchant of Record, handles payments, billing, tax and invoicing), our hosting and email providers, and professional advisers or authorities where required by law.

Retention

Order data is kept for the period required by tax law (10 years in the EU). Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

International transfers

Some of our providers may be located outside the EEA. In that case data is transferred under Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing at any time. Write to hello@blueharbor.studio. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Security

We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and access controls. Payments are handled entirely by Paddle — we never see your card details.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies. Payment pages load Paddle.js which sets its own cookies when you begin checkout.
