These Terms govern your use of Blue Harbor Studio, an editorial project operated by Simone Lampertico & Ivan Brancato ("we", "us"). By purchasing or downloading any ebook you accept these Terms.
1. Products
Blue Harbor ebooks are digital PDF files delivered instantly after payment. Each purchase includes both the English and Italian editions when available.
2. License
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read the ebook on your devices. You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly, or use the content to train machine-learning systems without written permission.
3. Payment & Reseller
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service — no unlawful use, fraud, spam, IP infringement, scraping, or attempts to interfere with security. We may suspend or revoke access for material breach or fraud.
5. Intellectual property
All content, artwork, and trademarks remain the property of Blue Harbor Studio. Free updates to editions you already own are provided at our discretion.
6. Warranty & liability
The ebooks are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties and limit our liability to the amount you paid for the ebook in the previous 12 months. This clause does not exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the seller's residence, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
